About the Exhibition and U3A

All the photographers belong to the Ledbury U3A photographic group. U3A is a wide ranging organisation which originated in France to bring together people from retired or near retirement ages with free time.

The Ledbury U3A has over 600 members with over 40 group activities such as Speaking French, Gardening, Quiz Groups, Local History, Genealogy, Science and Technology and many many more. It is an idea way to meet up and make new friends.
Membership of U3A is not expensive ( £12 year single) and it costs just £3.00 per year to join the Photo Group

Joining the Photo Group has given us enough confidence to mount this exhibition and we hope that you find it interesting. We decided not to go for a particular theme, but to exhibit pictures that meant something to us personally or we felt were decent enough to show others. Some of the photos have been taken within the U3A group as projects.
